Pura Vida is the way of life in Costa Rica, and it runs deep. The locals of Nosara taught me to slow down, be present, cultivate possibility, and feel good. The most important lesson of all was to swim in the ocean every day. And I did. I swam in the ocean every day for over four weeks and life did, in fact, feel pure.
